
The Free Nursing Scholarships postholder will undertake the analysis of unique longitudinal MRI data from an international study to detect and track the earliest changes of neurodegeneration in familial Alzheimer's disease (AD) and related disorders. Free Nursing Scholarships responsibilities will include, implementing image analysis pipelines, developing methods, interpreting results and writing papers for publication and presentation at national and international conferences.
Free Nursing Scholarships Applicants are required to have a PhD in a relevant scientific discipline, or equivalent, and proven scientific writing experience. Knowledge of implementing image processing and analysis algorithms, voxel based analyses such as statistical parametric mapping (SPM) and voxel based morphometry (VBM) and statistical methods / analysis is essential.
